Bollywood actor Aayush Sharma remains in the headlines due to his love life. Aayush is married to Salman Khan’s sister Arpita. In an interview, Aayush has said that when he told his parents about marrying Arpita, they were upset.

Ayush recently appeared on Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast where he talked about his love story with Arpita.

He recalled the time when he was 24 years old and he told his parents about Arpita and said that he wanted to marry her.

Ayush said that when he talked about marriage, his father got worried because till then his first film had not been released and he was not earning anything.

Father said-How will you bear the expenses of Arpita?

Ayush said, ‘Papa said that you don’t work, you are not earning anything. Despite this, you want to marry a girl who belongs to such a big family. How will you bear her expenses?’

According to Ayush, he had asked for financial help from his father but he refused.

Aayush also told that his father had no problem with the relationship but his mother was worried about how families from different backgrounds would be able to adjust. Later, when his parents met the Khan family, all their doubts were cleared.

Ayush-Arpita got married in 2014

Aayush and Arpita got married on 18 November 2014 at Hotel Falaknuma in Hyderabad. Salman himself officiated at this wedding. After the wedding, a grand reception party was also held in Mumbai. Now Aayush and Arpita have become parents of two children.
