She decided to make ‘Gully Boy’ only after listening and watching this song.
Naezy said, “A lot of people are connected to this film because it shows pure hip hop culture. But the main character in it was inspired by me. Zoya ma’am was the first one to discover me. My first song ‘Aafat’ went viral. When she saw my first song, she got the idea that she can make a full film on it.

Naezy said, “Many people, who knew that this film was inspired by me, believed that everything shown in this film is real. I have two girlfriends shown in the film, but in reality I never had two girlfriends. I never worked as a driver. I was not as poor as shown in the film.
