Born on 4 July 1969 in Kolkata, Pratibha Sinha’s mother is actress Mala Sinha and father is Chidambaram Prasad Lohani. Pratibha Sinha’s father was a Nepali film maker and her mother Mala Sinha has done many Hindi films as well as some Nepali films.
Many media reports claim that in the 90’s, Pratibha Sinha had expressed her love for musician Nadeem in front of everyone and said that she would marry only him. It is said that later Pratibha Sinha denied these things. Along with this, she did not get married and kept a distance from films.
