These days, Sonakshi Sinha is being targeted by trolls due to her interfaith marriage with Zaheer Iqbal. She and Zaheer are being trolled heavily on social media. On June 23, when Sonakshi shared the wedding pictures on social media, she closed the comment section so that no one could troll her.

The protest against Sonakshi’s marriage reached Bihar. The workers of Hindu Shiv Bhavani Sena of Bihar linked the marriage to love jihad and threatened that if Shatrughan Sinha does not reconsider his daughter’s marriage, Sonakshi will not be allowed to enter Bihar.

Shatrughan Sinha was also present during Sonakshi-Zaheer’s wedding.

Now Shatrughan Sinha has broken his silence on the controversies related to the marriage and the trolling of Sonakshi and Zaheer. Talking to Times Now, he said, ‘Anand Bakshi sahab had written a very good thing for such professional protesters – Kuch toh log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna. I would just like to say that if the people who say something are useless without any work, then saying becomes their job. My daughter has not done anything illegal or unconstitutional. Marriage is a very personal decision between two people. No one is allowed to comment or interfere in this. I would tell all those who are opposing the marriage to go and do something good in life.

What did Hindu Shiv Bhavani Sena say?

Recently, Hindu Shiv Bhavani Sena member Luv Kumar Singh alias Rudra had printed a poster in which he had threatened that he would not allow Sonakshi to enter Bihar.

It was written in the poster, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s marriage promotes love jihad. An attempt to Islamise the entire country. Shatrughan Sinha ji should reconsider the decision of marriage, otherwise change the name of his sons Luv, Kush and his house Ramayan immediately. This is insulting the Hindu religion.

Sonakshi did not change her religion

After the news of her marriage to Zaheer came out, there were speculations that Sonakshi will change her religion and become a Muslim but this has not happened. Zaheer Iqbal’s father Iqbal Ratnasi had made it clear in an interview that Sonakshi will not change her religion.

Sonakshi and Zaheer had a registered marriage on June 23 instead of getting married according to Hindu and Muslim customs.
