On the other hand, he has rented a commercial property in Juhu, Mumbai for five years.

According to the registration documents, Tamanna has taken this 6065 sq ft commercial space on rent for 18 lakh rupees per month for 3 years. In the fourth year, she will pay Rs 20.16 lakh as rent for this property and Rs 20.96 lakh in the fifth year.
The actress paid a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh
This property of Tamanna is present on the basement and ground floor of Western Wind project built by Nanavati Construction on Juhu Tara Road.
According to reports, it was registered on June 27. Tamannaah has given a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh for the deal.

Tamannaah mortgaged three flats
Earlier, Tamanna had mortgaged her three flats in a residential building located on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai with Indian Bank for Rs 7.84 crore.
According to the documents, these three properties are spread over an area of 2595 square feet in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West.
Amitabh-Abhishek also bought property
Apart from Tamanna, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have also recently invested in real estate. Aamir recently bought an apartment worth 9 crores 75 lakhs in Bella Vista Apartments building in Pali Hill area of Mumbai.
Amitabh has bought 3 office units in Mumbai for Rs 60 crores. His son Abhishek also bought 6 apartments in Mumbai for Rs 15 crores in May this year.
Tamanna’s work front
