TV actress Deepika Singh has been injured on the set of her show ‘Mangal Lakshmi’. While shooting a scene for the show, a large plywood board fell on Deepika’s back. Due to which she suffered an injury in the upper part of her back. Let us tell you, a few days ago, Deepika Singh had an eye problem on the set. A blood clot had formed in her eye.

In an interview to Dainik Bhaskar, the actress says, ‘Actually, my close shot was going on. To make me look good on screen, a plywood board was placed behind me. After some time, the board lost its balance and fell on my back, causing a minor injury on my back. My hand is in a lot of pain. There is swelling in my right shoulder as well. However, I continued shooting. I completed my 12 hours. With the help of my director, I gave all my scenes and then went to the doctor.

My doctor has advised me to rest. But it is impossible for me to do so. Most of the scenes require lead characters. The good thing is that everyone on the set is taking care of me. Whenever there is no scene, I rest in my room.

On the blood clot in the eye, the actress further said, ‘Yes, a few days ago I also got an injury in my eye. During the shooting, a leaf went into the eye which caused a lot of trouble. But, now it is improving. By the way, I believe that such small accidents keep happening in life. All this is a part of the struggle. Now how you react to these struggles matters. I am a very positive person. I take my struggle like a medal and believe in moving forward.’
