New Delhi: Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone’s film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is ready for release. The film’s promo video has given a glimpse of its amazing scenes and story. The audience is also curious about the fact that Deepika Padukone is playing the role of a pregnant woman in the film. During a discussion with the film’s team, Kamal Haasan predicted what career Deepika Padukone’s child might choose when he grows up.
Kamal Haasan believes Deepika’s child can become a filmmaker someday. Recalling Nag Ashwin’s childish behaviour, Deepika said, ‘I was in Bombay. It was a long break, as we were shooting in different schedules. I had not heard from him for a while. I saw this missed call from Nag and I was surprised what it was. He said, ‘I just called to tell you that we shot our first day with Kamal sir.’

Amitabh Bachchan played the character of Ashwatthama
In the Prabhas-Amitabh Bachchan starrer film, Deepika plays the role of a pregnant lab subject SUM-80. The promo shows that the child she is carrying in her womb is believed to be Kalki Avatar, the last and tenth incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Amitabh plays the role of immortal warrior Ashwatthama, who was cursed by Lord Krishna in the Mahabharata. Disha Patani is also in an interesting role in the film. She will be seen doing action.
